Holocaust Memorial Day marks the liberation of Auschwitz 60 years ago. Over 11 million died in over 2000 camps.
Corrie Ten Boom was from Holland and a survivor of Ravensbrück concentration camp where her sister Betsie died.
Their inspiring story is told in the book and film entitled ‘The Hiding Place’.
The reality of Christ’s presence in Betsie shone out through all the stench of the camp in her dying words to Corrie. “We must tell them what we have learned here. We must tell them that there is never a pit so deep that He is not deeper still. They will listen to us Corrie, because we have been here!”
