When disturbing cracks appeared on the 42nd floor of a skyscraper the manager arranged for a team of surveyors to call. Later he was annoyed to find them in the basement. “Sir, “ said the chief surveyor, “You may have cracks on the 42nd floor but your problem is down here in the basement!”
Sadly today cracks are appearing throughout British society with the breakdown of family life, increasing crime and anti-social behaviour etc. It’s about time the good old 10 Commandments were laid down again as the original basis for our Britishness. They should be taught in schools, distributed to every householder and displayed on advertising sites and prime time TV. God promises, “Those who honour Me I will honour.”
