Our brilliant British weather forecasters are doing very well if they can get it right 7 days ahead! However, the ancient prophets of Israel could forecast events that would happen thousands of years into the future! Sometime ago I was able to examine some of these prophetic writings when they were displayed in Manchester’s John Ryland’s Museum. These parchments were all dated several hundred years before the birth of Christ yet they made over 300 forecasts about His birth, life, death and resurrection.
