A widow died in poverty but when her attic was cleared some china was found valued at £10,000. How tragic that she should spend her closing years this way. Sadly many wealthy people live in spiritual poverty. They know nothing about the, “Exceedingly great and precious promises” referred to by the Apostle Peter in the Bible. [2 Peter 1:4] They often feel lonely, fearful and do not know these loving words of Jesus who promised, “I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.” [Hebrews 13:5]
King David said, “I love your commandments more than gold.” [Psalm 119:127] Open your Bible and pray for a blessing that will make you rich. [See Proverbs 10:22]
