We all have been affected in some way by the effects of cancer and I have set up this site to help raise money for research into cancer.
As part of my fund raising I plan to take part in a trek in Peru with Cancer Research UK in May 2007. The costs of the trip will be paid for by personal contributions so all the money raised goes directly to Cancer Research UK. The trek will be both physically and mentally demanding and I will also have to overcome the difficulties I face as a result of tongue cancer.
Please help in whatever way you can, without the work Cancer Research UK does by developing new treatments people such as myself would not be here today.
